Welcome to Moving2CLT.com. I'm happy you are here. I created this blog to help people who are relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, one of the fastest growing cities in the country. This is a site where I can provide tips, share resources and additional insights that will hopefully make your transition to the Queen City as stress free as possible. 

My name is Kendric Best. I'm originally from Elizabeth, New Jersey and have lived in Charlotte since 1998. I'm a licensed REALTOR ®, husband, father and now...blogger (kinda sorta, I guess lol). 

I fell in love with the Queen City the moment I stepped onto the campus of Johnson C. Smith University (Charlotte's only Historically Black College + University). Jay-Z says New York is the big city of dreams, but dreams come true in the Queen City, too! That's why more than 100 people are moving here every day. Nestled perfectly between beautiful mountains and breathtaking beaches and just four hours from Atlanta, Charlotte is an amazing city that is growing by leaps and bounds.

I'm a member of the Equity Real Estate team. Let's just say real estate is my passion. I love helping my clients close deals.  I work with individuals, investors and developers. My background encompasses real estate, banking, sales and nonprofit leadership.
